Нетаньяху сообщил, что Израиль пока не получил перечень заложников, которых ХАМАС намерен освободить.

Israel has not yet received the list of hostages that Hamas plans to release on January 19. As a result, the start of the ceasefire is postponed.

This was stated by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, as reported by RBK-Ukraine citing Times of Israel.

Specifically, the publication notes that Netanyahu conducted a security assessment overnight "regarding the delay in receiving the list of hostages expected to be released".

"Netanyahu instructed the IDF that the ceasefire planned to take effect at 8:30 AM will not commence until Israel receives the list of hostages to be released, which Hamas has committed to provide," the Prime Minister's Office stated.

Release of Hostages and Ceasefire: Agreement between Israel and Hamas

As reported by RBK-Ukraine, Hamas approved an agreement with Israel regarding the release of hostages in the Gaza Strip and a ceasefire.

On January 18, the Israeli government approved the recently signed agreement with Hamas. On the same day, January 18, Israel was supposed to receive the names of the first three hostages to be released.

However, Israel did not receive the list by the specified deadline. Netanyahu's office stated that Hamas is delaying the transfer of the hostage lists, which may hinder the implementation of the agreement.

Later, the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel announced that the release of hostages under the agreement with Hamas will begin without delays. The first hostages are expected to be released on January 19.

It is important to note that Hamas is believed to be holding 94 hostages. The first 33 to be released are expected to include children, women, the elderly, and sick individuals.
