State and private enforcement officers have regained access to the Automated Enforcement Proceedings System.

According to Deputy Minister of Justice Andrei Gaychenko, approximately 250,000 documents are being submitted to the ASIP, which were sent to the GIS between December 20, 2024, and January 20, 2025.

As previously reported by “Judicial and Legal Newspaper”, the Minister of Justice Olga Stefanishina announced that on January 20, the infrastructure of state registries was fully restored following the largest cyberattack from Russia.

On January 21, Deputy Minister of Justice Andrey Gaychenko stated that the State Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice has completely resumed operations after the significant cyberattack from the Russian Federation.

According to him, both state and private enforcement officers have regained access to the Automated System of Enforcement Proceedings.

“Approximately 250,000 documents that were submitted to the State Information System from December 20, 2024, to January 20, 2025, are being processed in the ASEP. Over 3,000 state enforcement officers are working on this,” said Gaychenko.

It is known that on December 19, the most extensive external cyberattack on the state registries of Ukraine took place recently.

The registry of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs resumed operations after the cyberattack.

We also  reported that electronic interaction with the State Tax Service of Ukraine, the Pension Fund of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, and the National Health Service of Ukraine has been restored.

Additionally, the option to submit an application for deferral from mobilization for parents of three children under 18 years old has also become available.
