The VAKS seized the apartment of the deputy head of the Poltava Regional Military Commissariat for state revenue.

On Tuesday, January 20, the panel of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court satisfied the civil lawsuit of the SAP against the family of the deputy head of the Poltava regional TCC and SP, declaring the assets unjustified and ordering their confiscation for the benefit of the state. This was reported by the press service of VAKS.

“VAKS recognized the asset as unjustified, specifically a flat in the city of Poltava,” the statement said.

The court also noted that the decision comes into legal force after the expiration of the appeal period for all parties involved, unless an appeal has been filed. The full text of the court decision will be prepared on January 24.
