This was discussed by him in an interview with Valery Savchuk on the "Different People" channel.

According to the program's guest, discussions about a ceasefire and its format could be more harmful than beneficial at this time, as everyone is hopeful, yet it may not happen. This could lead to additional losses at the front, with some returning in the hope of a peaceful life that may not exist, resulting in further losses, and so on.

“Thinking about a ceasefire, its format, elections, security guarantees from NATO, troops, or no troops, the line of demarcation, a set of parameters… It’s really possible to take Gorbuliin and Klimkin, sit them down for this ceasefire, and they’ll say give them a barrel of whiskey, and that would only be the first chapter because it’s just unrealistic. It’s all just words in the wind,” explains Evgeny Karas.

However, he asserts that we can continue to fight; no one is tired. Fatigue is when there’s a famine. While we talk about losses of 50-150 thousand, it’s not 5-10 million, and there won’t be a famine as long as we have the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). Moreover, the military points out that during all this time, the Russians have not made a single operational breakthrough; it’s 30 km at a time. Yes, they advanced 35 km from Avdiivka, but that was over the course of a year, and it’s been achieved at a tremendous cost.

“As for the formats of ceasefire or not… In this regard, no one is competent. And everyone knows that modern history is being written from scratch. International law is weakening, NATO is weakening, China doesn’t know what to do, Russia doesn’t know what to do, Trump doesn’t know what to do; he spoke of peace one day, then said it would take 3 months, now he says it’s half a year. Nobody knows anything. There might be (ed. – a ceasefire), or maybe there won’t be. We need to do our job,” concludes Evgeny Karas.

As reported by Znai.ua, Karasev explained what is wrong with the idea of European peacekeepers in Ukraine: "It should be eternal peace".

Znai.ua also wrote that Kush outlined the possible developments for Ukraine: a downward fall, South Korea, or a Thai resort.
