The Security Service has uncovered a high-ranking "mole" within the FSB - the head of the Anti-Terrorism Center of the Security Service of Ukraine was working for the enemy. According to the SBU, the traitor was apprehended this morning by the head of the SBU, Vasily Malyuk.

It is noted that the Security Service documented 14 instances of illegal activities by the "mole."

The head of the SBU personally participated in the operational investigative group that was tasked with developing the traitor and led the operation to detain him. Malyuk reported directly to the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, on all stages of the special operation.

"This was an extremely complex operation with a multi-step implementation, during which we utilized all possible overt and covert forms and methods of our activities, as well as a full range of operational and technical measures. Through encrypted software backdoors, we gained access to the traitor's devices - mobile terminals, computers. We essentially lived with him, conducting audio and video surveillance. Throughout this process, we were able to effectively document the collection and transmission of relevant information to the enemy by the traitor," Malyuk shared.

He noted that the SBU also transmitted disinformation to the enemy through the traitor for an extended period: initially as part of counterintelligence activities, and later within the framework of criminal proceedings.

The SBU will provide details of this special operation in the near future.

As reported by UNIAN sources in the special service, the traitor working for the FSB of the Russian Federation turned out to be Colonel Dmitry Kozyura, the head of the Anti-Terrorism Center at the SBU.

Detaining Ukraine's Traitors

As UNIAN reported, a year ago, five traitors who worked in intelligence and the SBU and leaked secret information about nuclear power plants, Kharkiv, and the defense of Odesa were detained. Members of the enemy's agent network were apprehended as a result of a multi-stage special operation in various regions.

Among them were former officials from the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, as well as an employee of the regional SBU office.

It was also reported that the SBU uncovered Ukrainian companies that supplied microchips for missiles and drones to the Russian Federation. These enterprises operated in the Kharkiv, Chernivtsi, and Odesa regions.
